It’s time to begin our comprehensive training program! In the initial phase, we provide you with one week of training at our location, approximately three to four weeks before the scheduled opening. Instruction will pertain to administrative, operational, technical, and sales and marketing matters.
Phase two involves on-site training typically two weeks after your operations have begun. An experienced trainer will assist with hands-on, field-based guidance for one week. In phase three, franchisees will be required to attend up to two days of refresher training at no cost.
